Prayer to the Rodborough Hornbeam
This special collaboration with poet JLM Morton combines Juliette's beautiful poetry with Susie's stunning linocut of the hornbeam tree it describes, which can be found on Rodborough Common near Stroud, Gloucestershire. Known for its strength and protective properties, the Hornbeam feels like exactly the kind of tree the world needs right now.
For this Valentine's Day we have priced this print at £45 as part of the #ArtistSupport Pledge, a generous culture and dynamic economy in support of artists and makers.
This artwork is expertly letter-press printed by hand, by local printer Rod Shaw, on heavy weight Fabriano cotton paper, with a deckled bottom edge. The print is signed by both artists. They are just a bit bigger than A3; approximately 56cm width by 37cm height, but the size of each print will vary slightly as they are trimmed by hand after printing.
Due to the size of this print we have to use Parcelforce 48 delivery, at a cost of £10.80.
If local to Stroud we may be able to hand-deliver, so please get in touch and we will arrange to refund the postage/packaging amount.
